1. Definitions

• Platform — CourtesanFinder.com and all its services.
• Visitor — any person who accesses the platform without an advertiser account.
• Advertiser — an independent escort or agency that lists services on the platform.
• User — any Visitor or Advertiser using the platform.
• Content — any text, images, or other material submitted to the platform.

2. Platform Role

CourtesanFinder operates as an online advertising directory only. We provide a platform where independent escorts and agencies can advertise their services to adult visitors. We do not arrange, facilitate, or participate in any services between advertisers and clients, nor do we employ any of the individuals listed. CourtesanFinder is not responsible for advertiser content or any interactions between users.

3. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age to access this platform.
• Advertisers must be at least 21 years of age.
• By accessing the platform, you confirm that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction to view adult content.
• You may only maintain one account. Account sharing is not permitted.
• You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy and security of your account.

4. Prohibited Content & Zero Tolerance

Users may not post, submit, or distribute:

• Content involving minors — we have absolute zero tolerance and will report any such content to the relevant authorities immediately.
• Content promoting trafficking, forced prostitution, or exploitation of any kind.
• Fraudulent, misleading, or inaccurate listings.
• Content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights.
• Personal data of third parties without their explicit consent.
• Malware, spam, or automated scraping tools.

Violations will result in immediate account termination and, where applicable, reporting to law enforcement.

5. Advertiser Terms

• Advertisers are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of their listings.
• All advertised services must be legal in the jurisdiction where they are offered.
• Paid advertising credits are non-refundable.
• CourtesanFinder reserves the right to remove listings at its sole discretion without prior notice or refund.
• All images used in listings must be owned by the advertiser or used with explicit consent of the depicted person.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code on CourtesanFinder.com is owned by or licensed to CourtesanFinder. By submitting content to the platform, you grant CourtesanFinder a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and use that content solely in connection with operating the platform. You retain ownership of content you submit.

7. Liability

CourtesanFinder is an advertising platform only and accepts no liability for the accuracy or legality of advertiser content, any interactions or agreements between users and advertisers, or any indirect damages including loss of earnings or data.

8. Privacy

Your use of this platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and process personal data in accordance with GDPR.

9. Governing Law & Changes

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts in the Netherlands.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated with at least 30 days’ notice. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
