Over the years, we have worked on large scale media and comparison platforms where performance, reliability, privacy, and usability were critical requirements from day one.

That same technical mindset forms the foundation of CourtesanFinder. Because we both continue to our work in the tech industry, the platform is built with a long-term focus on quality, credibility, and technical excellence rather than short-term growth tactics.

Why we built it

The idea for CourtesanFinder came from a technical rebuild we performed for an agency within the industry. While we completed that project and are no longer affiliated with them, it gave us firsthand insight into the broader directory landscape and the technical shortcomings of many existing platforms.

Many existing platforms are technically outdated, difficult to use on modern devices, overloaded with advertisements, or filled with inaccurate and unverified listings. Privacy and security standards are also often lacking, despite the sensitive nature of the industry.

We saw an opportunity to build a platform with a stronger technical foundation, a cleaner user experience, and a more transparent approach.

Our Approach

CourtesanFinder is designed as a modern directory platform focused on quality over volume.

We are not an agency, and we do not act as an intermediary between clients and professionals. Our role is simply to provide a fast, reliable, and straightforward platform where people can browse publicly available listings in a more structured and trustworthy environment.

We intentionally keep the platform simple:

• No fake or misleading profiles
• No unnecessary friction
• No aggressive monetization tactics
• No unnecessary collection of sensitive information

We only display information that is already publicly available through agency websites or other public facing channels, acting as a refined discovery layer for their existing online presence.
