Site updates: August 2026

One hundred companions

We crossed 100 live companions this month. Some arrived through an invitation from us, and a growing number found us on their own and asked to join. Both routes go through the same review, and we are glad the second one is picking up. It means the directory is starting to be found by the people we built it for.

Six new countries

August was our biggest expansion month so far. Austria, Czechia, Greece, Poland, Romania and Switzerland all went live, alongside new city pages for Vienna, Prague, Athens, Krakow, Bucharest, Zurich, Munich, Madrid, Cologne, Düsseldorf, Dortmund and Ingolstadt.

Visitors came from 67 countries this month, and both traffic and search clicks more than tripled compared to July. Our average position in Google search results improved considerably as well, which is a slow game and not one you win in a month, so we will take the progress.

Sexworkersearch

We were interviewed by Sex Worker Search

Sex Worker Search published a long interview with us covering privacy, age verification without handing over identity documents, why we collect as little data as possible, how we think about monetisation, and what we believe existing directories have got wrong. It is a detailed read and we did not dodge anything. You can read it here.

Faster approvals

A good part of this month went into tooling we built for ourselves rather than anything visitors will notice directly. Reviewing a new agency, independent or model used to mean jumping between screens and piecing things together by hand. That work now happens in way better interfaces build on the platform.

The result is simple: profiles get approved considerably faster. If you have applied recently, or are thinking about it, the wait is a lot shorter than it was a month ago.

Browsing and guides

  • Full pagination across every listing, including country, region and city pages
  • The homepage now features a carousel of the latest guides
  • Guides carry tags, so related topics are easier to find from any guide
  • Location pages always resolve to the correct address, and pages without results show a proper empty state instead of an error
  • Filters got an indicator dot when active, and location is now optional when browsing companions

Profile polish

Small things that make profiles read better: tour schedules only appear when there is an upcoming tour, the extra image counter is hidden when there are only a handful of photos, and short booking notes are shown in full rather than behind a toggle.

For agencies and independents

  • Password recovery and reset, so a forgotten password is no longer a support ticket
  • Phone numbers are validated and formatted automatically, and the WhatsApp and Signal toggles only unlock once a valid number is in place
  • Clearer warnings when a field will not accept external links, and better guidance on media uploads
  • Blocked saves now tell you what went wrong instead of failing quietly
  • Preview links straight to the live public profile from your records

For agencies and independents that wanted to show a link back to their website on their profile we previously provided a simple text link that lead directly to their profile. That is replaced with an image link now. We kept it simple and made one for light and dark backgrounds so there is always a version available that looks good on your website.

What we are working on next

The private message relay is still in build, so visitors can send a request without either side handing over a number. The AI assistant that drafts your profile from your own website is progressing too. And as mentioned in the interview, an AI matchfinder for visitors is on the roadmap, session-based by design, with nothing retained after you close it.
