Screening and deposit is required for every booking. The deposit is 20% of the total fee, including any travel costs where applicable. If you need to reschedule, your deposit may be transferred to a new appointment provided I receive at least 24 hours notice and the new date is arranged within three months of our original booking. If I need to cancel, your deposit will be refunded.
